This program is designed for women in their 40s, 50s, and 60s who are ready to take back control of their energy, strength, and body composition—with a personalized approach that works with their unique health needs, not against them.

I specialize in supporting women who are:

  • Post-menopausal or navigating perimenopause/menopause
  • Managing hypothyroidism or Hashimoto’s
  • Living with Celiac disease or other autoimmune conditions
  • Dealing with adrenal fatigue (HPA axis dysfunction)
  • Recovering from cancer treatment, including forced menopause due to cancer or hysterectomy
  • Considering or wanting to avoid GLP-1 medications for weight management
  • Managing gallbladder removal
  • Living with food sensitivities (dairy, gluten, egg, etc.)
  • Following vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, or plant-based diets

This isn’t a cookie-cutter diet or extreme workout plan. It’s a science-backed, hormone-aware program that supports your metabolism, not punishes it. We focus on real food, sustainable habits, and smarter strength-based workouts.

I apply my functional nutrition and hormone training to tailor my program specifically for women navigating hormonal shifts and the metabolic changes of midlife and beyond. Instead of a one-size-fits-all approach and generic education or macro calculators, you’ll get customized macros, and strategic science-backed recommendations on nutrition, fasting, and movement, plus education so you understand your midlife body and WHY you need to do things differently.

Workouts are 30 minutes, I recommend at least the strength workouts (3 days per week). Meal planning takes about 30 minutes weekly. Most clients spend about 10 minutes daily tracking their food. My daily education takes around 5 minutes to read. My educational videos vary from just a few minutes to a 1 hour training kickoff call. But replays are always available.

Don’t worry! We keep it simple with step-by-step help so you don’t feel stressed out. Most women who thought it’d be overwhelming end up saying, “Why didn’t I do this sooner?” because they feel so much better when they’re properly fueled.

Not a chance! You’ll learn how to eat the foods you love while still supporting your body. Nothing is off-limits—we just get strategic about how to fit it into your life in the best ways!

Absolutely! You’ll have direct access to me in our private community, plus regular check-ins, trainings, and you can reach me by email and text. You’re never alone in this.

Most women feel better fast—think: less bloating, more energy, and sharper thinking within the first week or two. Physical changes typically start around weeks 3-4, and they just keep getting better.
