At 55, I’ve been through perimenopause and menopause. I’ve felt the shifts in my hormones, my metabolism, my muscle tone—and my mindset. I’ve experienced the frustration of doing more and getting less in return.

Before coaching, I spent nearly a decade as an engineer—so you could say I’ve always been a little obsessed with how things work.
