Before becoming a coach, I spent nearly a decade as an engineer. That career trained me to be curious, to problem-solve, and to dig beneath the surface instead of settling for quick fixes.
That same curiosity led me to study nutrition, fitness, and functional health. Over the past 20+ years, I’ve combined my engineering mindset with deep training in women’s health to uncover how metabolism, hormones, and mindset all connect.
And now, I use that knowledge to help women like you create real, lasting change.
